Your clients trust you to point them to the right people. When one of them needs a property manager, send them to us. We'll take great care of them and hand them back to you when it's time to sell.

What You Earn

  • $500 for each single-family home you refer
  • $250 per unit for multifamily properties

What Your Client Gets

  • Their first month of management free

Our Promise to You

We're property managers, not your competition. We will never take your client. When a referred owner is ready to sell, we send them back to you.

Referral fees are paid to your sponsoring brokerage once your client signs a management agreement with us and pays their first management fee. Open to all New York State licensed real estate agents.
