Prior to approving any application, we conduct comprehensive checks on credit, background, prior evictions, social media, income, and employment for every resident on a lease.
To make sure you get paid on time, every time, we offer our residents online, automatic rent payment which is deducted instantly from a checking account or credit card. For owners, contributions can be made with a checking account or credit card right from your owner portal, and rent proceeds are direct deposited to owners monthly, so no more trips to the bank.
From landscaping and leaky faucets to major upgrades and renovations, we have a reliable network of vendors, suppliers, and contractors that can tackle any project at competitive volume pricing. We closely screen all contractors to ensure quality standards and insurance requirements are met at all times.
Upon move-in, move-out, and lease renewal, we perform detailed photo inspections of each unit to ensure that the safety, condition, and value of each property is maintained. Our annual inspection reports provide owners with recommendations of upcoming or preventative maintenance. All inspections are scheduled, tracked, and documented via mobile devices for rapid sharing with our owner clients in their client portal.

All leases are created and executed instantly using e-lease technology and can be acknowledged and signed securely by tenants from any device.
