Initial Onboarding For units that are already occupied at time of sign-up with Veno Properties, we will conduct an introduction, orientation, and property walk-through with all existing tenants; conduct a photo-inspection of the premises; setup tenant portals and payments; execute new lease documents if none exist or are expired. |

Annual Property Inspection, Report, and Lease Review Veno Properties will inspect the interior and exterior of your property, generate a detailed photo inspection report with pictures and maintenance recommendations, and review all lease terms and adjust rents as needed. |

Routine Repair Oversight For routine repairs and maintenance, Veno Properties ensures that all contractors are insured, licensed if required, and negotiates the bulk repair rates for owners whenever possible. Veno Properties also manages the coordination, billing, payment, and final confirmation that all repairs/maintenance were performed satisfactorily. |
